What are the payment options?
- Cash on delivery - payment in cash to the delivery service on receipt
- Online credit card - immediate payment via the Shoptet Pay payment gateway directly on the e-shop
- Google Pay - a service that provides an easy and fast way to pay contactlessly as with a regular credit card
- Apple Pay - an easy, secure and private way to pay on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac without the need for a physical card or cash
- Fast payment via bank - online payment directly from your account (currently supported by ČSOB, Česká Spořitelna, Moneta, Fio, Komerční banka, Airbank)
- Account transfer - standard transfer from your bank or instantly by taking a picture of the QR code with your smartphone and the payment order will be filled in automatically.
What are the recommended doses of bow wow treats?
Recommended treat doses may vary depending on the size, age and activity of the dog. In general, treats should not make up more than 10% of your dog's daily caloric intake.
How do I know if treats are suitable for my dog?
Observe the composition and preferred needs of your dog. Make sure the treats are safe, appropriate for your dog's size and age, and fit their diet.
Are your treats suitable for dogs with specific allergies or dietary restrictions?
Some of our treats are designed with specific allergies and dietary needs of dogs in mind. You will also find grain-free options in our range.
How long do the treats last after opening the package?
We recommend storing the treats in a closed container in a cool, dry place. We recommend following the recommendations on the packaging.
Can you provide information on the nutritional value of the treats?
Yes, nutritional information is available on each product. They are listed on the packaging or in the product data sheets.
Do you have a range of treats suitable for puppies/older dogs/dogs on a diet?
Yes, we have a wide selection of treats for dogs of all ages and with different dietary needs.
What are your options for exchanging or returning treats?

Why does my product look different from the last one?
The differences between products are mainly related to the Super Natural range.
The products in this range are completely free from any fillers that could affect the colour and texture.
The main raw material of the natural products is beef knuckle. The appearance of the final product depends on the quality of the raw material we stock from the supplier.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence the quality of the input raw material, as each clip (cow 😊) is different - the colour, texture of the clip and the coarseness of its collagen fibre vary and the input moisture is always different.
We only really preserve by drying, where we need to dry the product to the desired moisture content so it doesn't mold.
Sometimes we need to drain more liquid, sometimes less, which also affects the shape, colour and texture.
The production of these items is really "alchemy" and unfortunately we are not able to influence their appearance so that every product is identical.
For the above reasons, the label will say: "The weight, shape, volume, colour and aroma of each batch of product may vary considerably".
